Who Is Spain Relocation?

Independent Status — Please Read

Spain Relocation is an independent private consulting company. We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate, and we are not affiliated with the Spanish government or any Spanish public authority. We provide legal, tax, and administrative assistance to help clients obtain official documents and residency status, acting as an authorized representative on their behalf.

Any resemblance in our name, branding, or content to official government terminology refers to the public procedures we help clients navigate — it does not imply government status or endorsement. Official Spanish visa and immigration procedures are administered exclusively by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Spanish consulates, and the Spanish immigration authorities (Extranjería).

Our mission

Spain Relocation exists to make the administrative side of moving to Spain manageable for people relocating from the United States and the United Kingdom. Visa applications, tax registrations, and company formation in Spain involve government offices, forms, and procedural rules that are unfamiliar to most newcomers and are rarely available in English. We act as a private intermediary: we prepare your paperwork, coordinate appointments with the relevant public offices, and represent you administratively when Spanish law permits it, so you do not have to navigate the system alone or in a second language.

We do not issue visas, residence cards, tax numbers, or any other official document ourselves. Those are issued exclusively by Spanish government authorities — consulates, the national police (Extranjería), and the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria). Our role is to prepare a complete, correct application and represent you before those authorities under a power of attorney, where applicable.

What we do

Why clients choose us

We work exclusively with clients relocating from the US and UK, which means our team is fluent in the specific gaps between those systems and Spain's — from FATCA reporting questions to UK pension transfer rules. Every case is assigned a single point of contact who coordinates the licensed professionals working on your file, so you are not left managing multiple providers yourself.
